What are things you need to consider when developing a software product. We will offer some options you should consider when thinking about getting dirty and actually creating your product.
Software Products – Things to consider if you are a technical founder vs non-technical founder. How to find a technical founder? How much would it cost to hire someone in the U.S. to create a simple app? How much would it cost a foreign individual? What are the dangers of freelancing your product? Codeacademy/Appacademy?
What are things you need to consider when designing your product? We will discuss the tradeoff of hiring internally vs outsourcing to a firm. The costs associated with both and how to get the most out of your relationship. We will discuss options for both manufactured products as well as software and websites. If time permits we will have a demonstration of sample products and a live critique of them.
